About the Project
In November 2025, AlUla Development Company (UDC), a Public Investment Fund company, awarded Rezaik Abdullah Al Gedrawy Company the contract for Diyar AlMahash, covering the final design and construction of the project.
Diyar AlMahash will provide high-quality, sustainable homes for more than 1,000 hospitality professionals across 568 units, from rooms and studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. The community includes a communal lounge, minimarket, prayer room, walking track, gym, pools and desert landscaping that blends into the surrounding AlMahash area.
The architecture draws on AlUla's culture, colours and natural landscape, with a subtle patterned façade and locally sourced materials where possible. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification and supports UDC's plans to attract and retain talent as AlUla grows into a world-class destination under Vision 2030.

في نوفمبر 2025، أسندت شركة العلا للتطوير، إحدى شركات صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، إلى شركة رزيق عبدالله الجدراوي عقد مشروع ديار المحاش، والذي يشمل التصميم النهائي والتنفيذ.
يوفّر المشروع مساكن عالية الجودة ومستدامة لأكثر من 1,000 من العاملين في قطاع الضيافة، من خلال 568 وحدة سكنية تتنوع بين الغرف والاستوديوهات والشقق بغرفة وغرفتين. ويضم صالة مجتمعية، وميني ماركت، ومصلى، ومسارًا للمشي، وصالة رياضية، ومسابح، إلى جانب تنسيق صحراوي يندمج مع طبيعة منطقة المحاش.
يستلهم التصميم ثقافة العُلا وألوانها وطبيعتها، مع معالجة زخرفية هادئة للواجهات واستخدام مواد محلية قدر الإمكان. ويستهدف المشروع الحصول على شهادة LEED Gold، ويدعم خطط شركة العلا للتطوير في استقطاب الكفاءات والمحافظة عليها مع نمو العُلا كوجهة عالمية ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030.
