This website, algedrawy.com, is operated by Rezaik Al Gedrawy Contracting Company (“RGC”, “we”, “us”), a contracting company headquartered in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Contact form: type of enquiry, first and last name, phone number, email address and your message.
• Job applications (Careers page): full name, email, phone, city, department of interest, years of experience, your CV and any information it contains, and your message.
• Direct communication: information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the website, our servers and tools may record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the date and time of your visit and the referring website. Some of this is collected through cookies (see section 6).

Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or financial information) unless it is strictly necessary.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and requests, including requests for quotations or partnerships.
• To assess job applications and contact candidates.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you tick the consent box on our forms), to take steps you request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests in running our business and website, or where required by law. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when necessary with:

• Service providers who support us, such as website hosting, email and IT providers, under confidentiality obligations.
• Companies in our group (sister companies) when this is needed to answer your request.
• Government or judicial authorities when required by applicable law.

CVs and job applications are kept for up to two years so that we can consider you for future vacancies, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We may keep data longer where the law requires it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly on any security incident as required by law.

9. Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any such transfer is made only in accordance with the PDPL and its regulations on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom.

10. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your personal data is collected and used.
• Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@algedrawy.com. We will respond within the period set by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

11. Children

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12. Links to other websites

Our website contains links to other websites, including those of our sister companies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its “last updated” date.
